We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee and manage residential and/or commercial properties. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and owners receive optimal returns on their investments.
Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day property operations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and handling tenant communications. You will oversee lease agreements, rent collection, and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. Conducting property inspections, managing vacancies, and coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs are also essential parts of the role.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple properties efficiently. Excellent communication skills are crucial, as you will act as the main point of contact for tenants, property owners, and service providers. A proactive approach to resolving issues and maintaining positive relationships is key to success.
You will also be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, and working closely with property owners to provide updates and recommendations for property improvements. Knowledge of property management systems and basic accounting practices will be advantageous.
Requirements include prior experience in property management or real estate, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with local property laws and regulations is preferred.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities include prospecting and generating new leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and digital marketing. You will conduct property viewings, provide accurate market insights, and guide clients through the entire transaction process—from initial inquiry to closing deals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is essential to ensure repeat business and referrals.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong understanding of the real estate market. You should be confident, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. A passion for sales and customer satisfaction is critical for success in this role.
You will also be responsible for preparing property listings, coordinating marketing efforts, and staying up to date with market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity. Administrative tasks such as documentation, contracts, and compliance with legal requirements are part of the role.
